Shane Collins

Shane came to Indianapolis in 2008 to begin his college experience. During his undergraduate career, he developed a passion for advising college students while working as an orientation leader and student mentor at IUPUI (now IU Indianapolis). Through his background, he has developed interests in first year experiences, first-generation students, and student leadership development. In addition to his advising role, he also is the staff advisor for the Honors College Student Council, the Honors Housing Council, and the Honors Tower Council. Shane serves as the Honors advisor for Herbert Presidential Scholars and Chancellor Scholars (last names A-G).
