Join the Honors College community
The IU Indianapolis Honors College offers highly motivated students the opportunity to apply for admission through their IU Indianapolis school's honors program.
Our IU Indianapolis Honors College program students are selected based on criteria specific to each IU Indianapolis school's honors program, including a minimum 3.5 GPA in at least 15 credit hours at IU Indianapolis. You must have a 3.5 minimum GPA at the time of your admission to honors, and you must have at least four full semesters remaining to complete your honors requirements.
As a member of an honors program, you can enroll in enriching honors courses, receive advising from an honors advisor in your school, attend exclusive workshops, join honors student organizations, live in our honors community, and obtain an honors notation on your transcript and degree. Honors program students also receive a $2,500 study abroad stipend.
