Sarah Glener

Sarah spent her childhood in Brooklyn, New York, before moving to Indiana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public affairs with a concentration in urban planning and her master’s degree in adult education with a concentration in higher education from Indiana University. With nearly 30 years of experience working in higher education, Sarah began her career as a work-study student at IU Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI). She spent the majority of her career there in roles supporting students across admissions, recruitment, scholarships, and the Honors College. Her background also includes supporting students and families through the financial aid process. In August 2026, she returned to the Honors College at IU Indianapolis, where she advises honors students and supports Honors programming and student engagement. She is passionate about helping students navigate college, explore opportunities, and achieve their goals.
